[Teramoto Iron Works] in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, is an iron works that manufactures ship fittings (large-scale welded products, such as pulleys, crane posts, and derrick posts) and forged products (fitting blocks, hooks).

We primarily produce derrick equipment with a 25 ton or 30 ton load rating, but also have experience manufacturing heavy derricks with a 100 ton load rating

Products that we manufacture with a load rating of up to 60 tons that are not able to be transported by land can be transported by sea.

In addition, because we are able to offer integrated manufacturing, which includes accessories (pulleys and fitting blocks), we are able to reduce intermediate costs and deliver products with superior cost performance

We have consistently achieved manufacturing target of 100-150 crane posts per year

We can manufacture not only cylindrical posts but also posts of any shape

We also carry out machining of flanges at our plant

We manufacture all JIS-type pulleys

We are certified to manufacture steel cargo blocks with roller bearings that meet the JIS F3429 standard for shipbuilding

We also deal with part orders for each part

SHACKLES :

We are able to manufacture general JIS-type shackles and shackles of a nonstandard size

HOOKS (forged) :

We manufacture hooks with a suspended load capacity of 5 tons to a maximum of 750 tons

We are also able to accept orders for single items because we mainly employ free forging
